Hotel reservations

Turku is the European Capital of Culture 2011 and as a result availability of hotel rooms in the downtown hotels is limited. Moreover, we expect a very high number of participants which exceeds the original ECS11 hotel room quotas. Since the rooms are booked on “first-come, first-served” basis and due to the European Cultural Capital 2011 event, it is highly recommended that the hotel rooms be booked well in advance to the symposium start date.

NOTE AGAIN: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOMS IMMEDIATELY

There are four different hotels that have specific quotas available for ECS11 participants at reduced rates. The participants should book accommodation directly from the hotels using the instructions provided below when making the reservation. Please contact the hotel directly by email or phone.
